What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is a product that is not currently in our Calabar stock. You order and pay (in full or with a deposit), and we source and import it for you.
Pre-order vs Out of Stock
- Pre-Order — you can order right now; we import it after your order is confirmed.
- Out of Stock — an item we normally sell that is temporarily unavailable. Tap “Notify Me” and we will email you when it is back.
How it works
- Choose your item on our website or send us a screenshot.
- Confirm your order — size, colour and quantity.
- Make payment — full payment or deposit (installments allowed).
- We source and import your item.
- Arrival and shipping fee — we contact you when it lands.
- Pickup or delivery — details are shared with you.
Important
- Arrival times are estimates and may be affected by supplier, shipping or customs delays. We will keep you updated.
- Product colours may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and screen settings.
- Please double-check sizes before ordering. Size exchanges on pre-orders depend on the supplier.
