Payment Policy

Please review and adjust these terms before launch.

Accepted payment methods

  • Bank transfer to our official business account (shown at checkout and in your order email).
  • Pay on pickup/delivery — available for ready-to-ship orders only.
  • Online card/bank payment — coming soon.

Please use your order number (e.g. DG-10001) as the payment reference and send your proof of payment on WhatsApp for faster confirmation. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account that is not displayed on our website.

Pre-order deposits (installments)

For pre-order items you can pay a deposit at checkout (the percentage is shown before you pay) or pay in full. Sourcing begins once the deposit is confirmed. The balance plus the shipping/clearing fee is due when the item arrives, before pickup or delivery.

Refunds & cancellations

Ready-to-ship orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched or collected. Pre-orders can be cancelled before we place the order with our supplier; once the item has been purchased for you the deposit is non-refundable, unless the supplier cannot fulfil the order — in that case you receive a full refund.
