Orders

An order is confirmed once payment (or the required deposit for pre-orders) has been received. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, priced incorrectly, or if fraud is suspected.

Prices

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦). Delivery fees are shown at checkout. For pre-orders, international shipping/clearing fees are calculated on arrival.

Product information

We do our best to describe products accurately. Minor differences in colour or packaging may occur, especially for imported items.

Returns

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of pickup/delivery with photos. Hair products, beauty products and earrings cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password safe. Please contact us if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
