Pre-Order FAQ
How long does a pre-order take?
Most pre-orders arrive within 10 - 18 working days from the day your payment or deposit is confirmed. The estimate is shown on every product.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Pay a deposit (about 50%) at checkout and the balance when your item arrives — or pay in full if you prefer.
Is shipping included?
The international shipping/clearing fee is calculated when your item arrives (it depends on weight). We contact you with the exact amount before pickup or delivery.
Can you get an item that is not on the website?
Absolutely — use “Request a Product” to send us a picture, screenshot or link. We reply on WhatsApp with the price and delivery time.
How do I follow my order?
Use “Track Your Order” with your order number and email/phone. You also receive an email at every important step.
